Dangerous goods export operation process

1、Receiving order and booking

7-10 days in advance to provide the export consignment, the consignment specifies the Chinese and English name, box type, dangerous goods level (CLASS), UN NO. code, dangerous goods package, and special requirements, in order to facilitate the application of space and dangerous goods declaration.

2、Provide the declaration information four working days in advance to provide cargo declaration related information.

③ Product description: Chinese and English

④ export customs declaration (a. checklist b. invoice c. packing list d. customs declaration order e. export declaration)

3、Boxing into the port because the dangerous goods are directly loaded by the ship, so generally in the ship before the departure of 3 days boxing

① The shipper will deliver to our designated dangerous goods warehouse for loading.

② We arrange for the trailer to the factory packing, packing the container around the big danger label, such as the leakage of the goods will cause pollution to the sea also need to paste the marine pollution mark, while taking photos for evidence.

4、Customs declaration to determine the container number, vehicle tonnage, list, complete customs declaration documents to begin export customs declaration, customs review and release.

5、Bill of lading confirmation according to the power of attorney to copy the bill of lading and confirm the bill of lading with the customer to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of the bill of lading content.

6、Pay and confirm the bill of lading with the customer and collect the relevant fees.

7、Return the customs declaration, waybill export customs declaration will be returned to the customer about a month after the end of the tax refund for write-off.
